Angel Richards joins the squad this year as an assistant coach. She graduated from Tongue River High School in Dayton, Wyo. in 2018 and graduated in the fall of 2023 from Bacone College in Muscogee, Okla. with a bachelor’s degree in sports management.

She played for North Platte Community College out of high school and was a member of the 2018-19 team that won the Region IX D2 title and the District F Championship. She played in the NJCAA D2 national tournament in Harrison, Ark. in an opening-round loss against top-rated Central Illinois (76-55).

Later, she transferred to Bacone College (NAII D1) from 2021-23.

She became an assistant coach at Jenks High School in Tulsa, Okla and later became an assistant coach at Dakota College at Bottineau, where the team was the Region 13 runner-up. In her time as an assistant, she helped two all-conference and all region players.
